KB300320161150 - 'Please Wait' constantly on when trying to log into Fusion UDM

Problem

When trying to login into Fusion UDM, the system hangs with 'Please wait' and will not continue when using the default server browser Internet Explorer.

 

Cause 

This is when Internet Explorer has problems downloading the SSL certificate, caused by an older version of Internet Explorer browser.

 

Solution

  1. Add the site URL for Fusion UDM to the trusted root within Internet Explorer (see attached image)
  2. Update the Internet Explorer browser to the latest version.
