KB240220161617 - Windows PC devices are not populating patches

Problem

The dashboard is not auto populating available Windows patches for my device, but I know there are patches available?

 

Cause

Fusion UDM utilises the Windows Update agent (WUA) service, which is required to be running on the device for it to be shown.

 

Solution

Go into Services.msc and ensure that the Windows update service is running and set to Automatic.

Choose files or drag and drop files
